Resumen

O texto parte da análise dos conflitos sociais decorrentes das novas sociabilidades e das subjetividades nelas inscritas e as interpreta sob a perspectiva emancipatória que deve designar o direito. Entendido, a partir da definição de Roberto Lyra Filho, segundo a qual o direito é a enunciação dos princípios da legítima organização social da liberdade, o texto avalia estratégias e ações de movimentos sociais para resignificá-las juridicamente, na medida em que realizam valores como dignidade da pessoa humana e projeto de vida.
