Refund Policy

The journal is committed to transparency and responsible editorial practices. The publication fee covers essential editorial and production services, including editorial review, manuscript preparation, layout and typesetting, metadata registration, and final online publication.

Once an article has been accepted and the payment has been completed, refunds are not available, as the agreed editorial services will have already been provided and the related operational, technical, and administrative costs incurred.

Exceptions may be considered only in rare cases where a proven error by the journal or an incorrect charge has occurred.
