Refund Policy

The journal is committed to transparency and responsible editorial practices. The publication fee covers essential editorial and production services, including editorial review, manuscript preparation, layout and typesetting, metadata registration, DOI assignment, and final online publication.

Once an article has been accepted and the payment has been completed, refunds are not available, as the agreed editorial services will have already been provided and the related operational, technical, and administrative costs incurred.

Indexing services are managed by independent, external databases. While the journal may apply for and maintain indexation in recognized databases, it does not control their evaluation criteria, timelines, inclusion decisions, or permanence policies. Therefore, the journal cannot guarantee acceptance, maintenance, or specific indexing outcomes in any external database. No refunds will be issued based on indexing status, indexing timelines, or decisions made by third-party indexing services.

Exceptions to the no-refund policy may be considered only in rare cases where a proven error by the journal or an incorrect charge has occurred.
