Abstract

This work is to discuss scope about the Westernization of mankind, cultural globalization and the globalization of culture from the construction and execution of a comprehensive State and fundamentally a cooperative constitutionalism that considers the social and environmental as representing human rights and as a condition of possibility of the existence of the future. Moreover, it will spell--, to the extent that there is the need for state revival, so this, inserted in a transnational context, is the representation of the resumption of Social promise and also and mainly the building of the Environmental as a priority guarantee the continuity of life and the planet.

Bruno Cozza Saraiva, Programa de Pós-Graduação - Mestrado - em Direito da Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos - UNISINOS.

Mestrando em Direito Público na Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS). Bolsista CAPES. Graduado em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande. Tem experiência na área do Direito, com ênfase na Teoria do Estado, na Justiça Ambiental, no Direito Constitucional e no Direito Constitucional Ambiental e suas relações com o Estado Democrático de Direito/Ambiental/Constitucional. Integrante do Grupo de Pesquisa Estado & Constituição (CNPq) e do Grupo Transdisciplinar de Pesquisa Jurídica para a Sustentabilidade/GTJUS (CNPq), nos quais desenvolve atividades voltadas à pesquisa Jurídica.

Atualmente, é professor Associado II da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (Fadir) e do Programa de Mestrado e Doutorado em Educação Ambiental da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (FURG). Líder do Grupo Transdisciplinar de Pesquisa Jurídica para a Sustentabilidade/GTJUS (CNPq).
