Resumo

The world is witnessing rapid technological developments, which have been reflected in all areas of life, including the judiciary, and due to the capabilities of artificial intelligence in learning and acquiring knowledge, it is necessary to examine the possibilities of employing it in constitutional litigation, as it is the pillar of the legal and political system and the basis for protecting rights and freedoms, and the paper aims to describe the stages of introducing artificial intelligence in this type of litigation, without prejudice to the role of the human judge in analysis and evaluation, and along these lines, we will divide this paper into two stages; the first stage is the stage before the case reaches the competent constitutional judge, and the second stage is the subsequent one.
