Resumen

O autor explicita elementos fundamentais para a compreensão do processo de discussão em torno dos desafios e perspectivas para o ensino jurídico, tendo por referencial a prática jurídica. Para isso, resgata elementos
históricos desse processo, ressaltando a diferenciação entre assistência e assessoria jurídicas, estas como constitutivas de uma formação jurídica orientada para os Direitos Humanos e para a efetivação da cidadania.
