Resumen

En el presente trabajo se presentan las bases jurídicas para la utilización de instrumentos económicos en material ambiental en el municipio en México. Se analiza el marco jurídico para cada uno de estos instrumentos (fiscales, financieros y de mercado) y los ámbitos de acción en material ambiental a nivel municipal.

Máster en Comunidades Europeas por el Centro de Estudios Europeos y licenciada en derecho por la misma Universidad.
