EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE, BIOÉTICA E CRISE CLIMÁTICA: MEDIAÇÕES PARA O ENFRENTAMENTO DA VULNERABILIDADE SOCIOAMBIENTAL

A crise climática constitui determinante estrutural das iniquidades em saúde e incide de forma desproporcional sobre populações historicamente vulnerabilizadas em territórios de precariedade socioambiental. Embora a educação em saúde seja reconhecida como estratégia relevante no enfrentamento dessas iniquidades, persiste lacuna na literatura quanto à sua articulação sistemática com referenciais bioéticos críticos no contexto da justiça climática. Objetivou-se analisar a educação em saúde, fundamentada nas bioéticas da proteção e de intervenção, como dispositivo ético-político de fortalecimento da autonomia relacional e de promoção da justiça em saúde em contextos de vulnerabilidade socioambiental intensificada pela crise climática. Trata-se de revisão integrativa da literatura, de abordagem qualitativa, com buscas sistematizadas nas bases SciELO, PubMed/MEDLINE, LILACS, Scopus e Google Acadêmico, no período de 2015 a 2025, seguida de análise temática dedutiva organizada em cinco eixos analíticos. O corpus final foi composto por 48 referências submetidas à leitura integral e à análise crítica. Os resultados indicam que práticas educativas territorializadas, dialógicas e participativas contribuem para reduzir assimetrias informacionais, fortalecer a autonomia relacional e ampliar a capacidade de resposta comunitária. Conclui-se que a educação em saúde, integrada à Vigilância em Saúde e à bioética, constitui mediação ético-política estruturante no enfrentamento das vulnerabilidades socioambientais, com potencial de aplicação no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde.
