A VINCULAÇÃO DO PODER PÚBLICO NA CRIAÇÃO DE UNIDADES DE CONSERVAÇÃO

Resumen

O artigo tem por objetivo demonstrar que a instituição de Unidades de Conservação no Brasil consiste em uma obrigação do Poder Público. Para tanto, serão analisadas as Unidades de Conservação na Constituição Federal, a competência para a instituição dessas áreas, a sua importância para a proteção do Meio Ambiente e, consequentemente, para a efetivação da dignidade da pessoa humana, a sua atual situação no país, os aspectos gerais de sua criação e instituição, e finalizando, com base na própria Constituição Federal, demonstraremos o dever público, a vinculação dos Governos na criação desses espaços.
