Abstract
A autora toma por objetivo fundamental a reflexão em torno do território quilombola; para isso analisa criticamente a concepção liberal moderna que vincula propriedade a um direito individual, para em seguida refletir sobre os princípios jurídico-constitucionais do território quilombola, o que lhe permitirá situá-lo como propriedade especial.
