Abstract

O autor, diante da proposta de discussão do tema œA grande criminalidade econômico-financeira, vai alterar a lógica proposta e analisar o problema de como o poder econômico se utiliza dos instrumentos do Direito Penal para manter seus benefícios e a expansão do capital, mesmo e, sobretudo, sobre um contingente importante de pessoas que busca alternativas para a sua sobrevivência em um sistema que privilegia o grande capital.
