ENTRE LA CALIDAD EDUCATIVA Y EL FUTURO PROFESIONAL: EXPECTATIVAS ESTUDIANTILES EN LA EDUCACIÓN TÉCNICA PÚBLICA DE TRUJILLO

Estudio cuantitativo, transversal, en EFTP pública de Trujillo (2024) con 145 estudiantes (mediana 24 años; 67.6% mujeres). El instrumento mostró alta fiabilidad (α=0.838–0.940) y validez convergente (CR≈0.89–0.96, AVE≈0.68–0.84). Descriptivamente, Motivación fue alta (G=4.28, IC95% 4.13–4.44) y Inserción favorable (I=4.15, IC95% 3.99–4.31); Calidad global quedó levemente por debajo del umbral deseable (F=3.87, IC95% 3.71–4.02). En la regresión ordinal (I en 5 niveles), Gobernanza/gestión (H) fue el predictor decisivo (OR=16.10, IC95% 6.41–40.45; p<0.001), robusto al dicotomizar (I≥4) y por subgrupos. El análisis confirmatorio por compuestos indicó β estand. Calidad→Expectativas = −0.268 (IC95% −0.427, −0.109; p=0.001; R²=0.072), sugiriendo revisar orientación de escalas y no linealidades. Conclusión: simplificar procesos, estandarizar reglas y asegurar tiempos de respuesta (gobernanza) elevaría expectativas; elevar F alinearía la evaluación integral con los niveles ya altos de G e I, aportando métricas accionables para la gestión y una agenda de evaluación futura.
