Abstract

Considerando que Hannah ARENDT antecipa uma série de concepções que vão aparecer em paradigmas contemporâneos da Ciência Política, promove-se um resgate do conceito de poder por ela reconstruído em oposição a WEBER “ e dos consequentes debates acerca da política e
da distinção entre público e privado, que vão ser recolhidos por HABERMAS na construção de seu conjunto teórico, a partir do qual é possível repensar os parâmetros da democracia, seus participantes, instituições processos, agenda e campo de ação, para além do modelo fornecido pelas tradicionais
teorias agregativas.
