Abstract

Discutem-se aqui as diferenças entre a proposta de uma renda mínima universal, elaborada por Philippe Van Parijs, segundo o argumento da œliberdade real para todos e a renda mínima condicional, adotada na Europa ocidental, em que vigora como um œseguro desemprego. Criticamente, discorre o autor sobre a inviabilidade e injustiça da primeira hipótese em qualquer sociedade, ainda que em pequenos grupamentos humanos.
