Abstract
Il sera présenté de manière générale. La Convention d™Aarhus et ses trois piliers : information, participation et accès à la justice en matière environnementale. Seulement 44 pays faisant partie des Nations Unies ont signés cette Convention. La réflexion menée porte sur l™application d™Aarhus dans un pays non signataire et sur l™efficacité de cet instrument de la démocratie environnementale. Pour comprendre cela, il sera abordé la mise en oeuvre de la participation du public au Brésil.
