Abstract

Assuming the interface between environmental rights and the information society besides considering communication technology such as internet, while one study field of cultural environment, the stated work brings a reflection about the role that sustainability might have had in this environment. Have in mind that sustainability is a subject that has gain a lot of relevance in the organization™s agenda, the objective of the research is to highlight that social network, websites, so, the Internet revolutionized the human behaviors, bringing new perspectives to the life in the society. Although the advantages that the usage of internet offers, through the web network, there are also risk situations and new conflicts that appears to their users, within these transformations can be mentioned content and limit that the freedom of expression and communication is suffering in the world each and every day more connected by internet through social network. The method utilized was a bibliographic and documental research.

Fávia Piva Almeida Leite, UniFMU

Doutora em Direito do Estado pela PUC/SP na sub-área Direito Urbanístico , Mestrado pela Instituição Toledo de Ensino Bauru em Sistema Constitucional de Garantia de Direitos, pós graduada em Gerente de Cidades pela Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado - FAAP e Bacharel em Direito pela Instituição Toledo de Ensino de Bauru - ITE. Atuou como advogada no Serviço de Ãgua e Esgoto do Município de Jahu - SAEMJA, principalmente na gestão pública e no contencioso trabalhista e civil. Foi Coordenadora e Professora da Pós Graduação no Centro Universitário Octávio Bastos. Atualmente, ministra aulas na Graduação e no Mestrado no Curso de Direito na FMU e na graduação na UNIP nas disciplinas Direito Constitucional, Direito Administrativo, Direito Tributário e Direitos Humanos e Fundamentais. Tem experiência nos seguintes temas: relacionados à Administração Pública municipal e ao Direito Público, pessoa com deficiência, inclusão social, eliminação das barreiras arquitetónicas, desenho universal, acessibilidade, convenção dos direitos das pessoas com deficiência.
