Abstract

O texto retoma as bases do projeto socialista para analisar os elementos fundadores de uma constituição socialista para a realidade latino-americana. Apresenta para tanto referências em torno da constituição do Estado e sobre princípios norteadores para uma constituição socialista
contemporânea tendo por fundamento os direitos humanos; tratando princípios como a igualdade, a liberdade e a propriedade.
