Abstract

Neste texto, o autor, a partir de referenciais ultidisciplinares, faz uma análise crítica das bases para a reflexão sobre as relações jurídicas, e isto a partir de um resgate da alteridade vinculada às bases norteadoras de cada momento histórico. A partir daí, trabalha problemas da sociedade contemporânea, marcada por concepções distintas de consideração do outro, para finalmente apresentar as referências em torno de redes, que se caracterizam por novos paradigmas e pela globalização, considerando as possibilidades e exigências que implicarão para as relações e para o sistema jurídico.
