REGULACIÓN EMOCIONAL Y AGRESIVIDAD EN ADOLESCENTES: REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA PSICOEDUCATIVA

La agresividad en adolescentes constituye un problema relevante de salud pública y educación, estrechamente vinculado a déficits en la regulación emocional. Este estudio revisó sistemáticamente la evidencia científica que relaciona ambas variables desde una perspectiva psicoeducativa, siguiendo las pautas PRISMA 2020. Se consultaron las bases de datos de Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, PsycINFO y SciELO, incluyendo investigaciones empíricas, longitudinales, mediacionales y de intervención publicadas entre 2011 y 2025. Se analizaron 25 estudios. Los resultados indican que estrategias adaptativas como la reevaluación cognitiva, la claridad emocional y la autoeficacia emocional se asocian con menor agresividad; en contraste, la supresión emocional, la rumiación y la desregulación emocional predicen conductas agresivas. La empatía, la resiliencia, el apego seguro y la mentalización actúan como factores mediadores protector. Se concluye que fortalecer la regulación emocional mediante programas psicoeducativos basados en evidencia es fundamental para prevenir la agresividad y promover el bienestar psicológico en adolescentes.
