Abstract

Neste artigo é feita uma rápida caracterização da região italiana de Emilia-Romagna, na qual foram desenvolvidas políticas que podem ser designadas como pertencentes a um modelo de prevenção integrada. A análise aqui procedida compreende a origem do projeto œCittà Sicure, desde os atos oficiais que o constituíram, a organização do mesmo no interior da referida região, assim como suas atividades e objetivos principais. Trata-se de uma narrativa sobre o início de uma história de avanços e retrocessos.
