ESTUDO METODOLÓGICO DE UM JOGO DIGITAL EDUCATIVO PARA PREVENÇÃO E MANEJO DE LESÕES CUTÂNEAS

Objetivo: Desenvolver e validar um jogo de tabuleiro voltado à capacitação de enfermeiros na avaliação, prevenção e tratamento de feridas cutâneas. Métodos: Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa nas bases de dados PubMed, SciELO e Cochrane, que fundamentou a elaboração do conteúdo do jogo. A validação foi conduzida mediante a técnica Delphi, com participação de 36 enfermeiros especialistas. Resultados: Foram inicialmente identificados 6.816 artigos dos últimos cinco anos. Após exclusões por duplicidade e critérios de elegibilidade, 20 artigos compuseram a base científica para o desenvolvimento do jogo Health Training. Os juízes avaliaram o conteúdo como parcialmente a totalmente adequado, sendo as correções incorporadas conforme sugestões. O Coeficiente de Validade de Conteúdo variou entre 0,87 e 1,0, enquanto o alfa de Cronbach situou-se entre 0,946 e 0,95, confirmando elevada consistência interna.Conclusão: O jogo de tabuleiro Health Training mostrou-se uma ferramenta educacional funcional, confiável e eficaz, validada por especialistas e capaz de apoiar a formação de enfermeiros no cuidado com pacientes com lesões cutâneas.
