INOVAÇÃO ABERTA E COLABORAÇÃO MULTISSETORIAL: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

A inovação constitui-se como elemento central no desenvolvimento econômico contemporâneo, sendo a capacidade de inovar e adaptar-se às mudanças tecnológicas fundamental para assegurar o crescimento competitivo e sustentável das organizações. Este estudo tem como objetivo desenvolver uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre a evolução do conceito de inovação, com ênfase na transição do modelo de inovação fechada para o modelo de inovação aberta e na atuação da hélice tríplice como vetor de colaboração entre universidade, indústria e governo. Utilizando o método ProKnow-C (Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist), foram selecionados e analisados 48 artigos científicos publicados entre 2006 a 2025 nas bases Web of Science e Scopus. Os resultados evidenciam que organizações participantes de clusters, redes de inovação e que utilizam mecanismos como Sistemas Nacionais de Inovação (SNI) e intermediários tecnológicos demonstram maior potencial inovador devido à troca eficiente de conhecimentos. Contudo, o estudo também aponta desafios significativos, incluindo a gestão de propriedade intelectual, riscos de perda de vantagem competitiva e a necessidade de desenvolver capacidades absortivas para explorar conhecimentos externos. As lacunas identificadas ressaltam a importância de investigar os fatores que potencializam a participação em ambientes colaborativos e sua relação com o aumento da inovação organizacional.
