DESAFIOS DO CUIDADO EM SAÚDE MENTAL EM UM CENTRO DE ATENÇÃO PSICOSSOCIAL: PERCEPÇÕES DE PROFISSIONAIS E REFLEXÕES SOBRE O POTENCIAL DA INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL

Objetivo: Analisar, a partir das percepções de profissionais de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial, os desafios do cuidado em saúde mental no cotidiano do serviço e refletir sobre o potencial da inteligência artificial como ferramenta complementar no apoio ao cuidado psicossocial. Métodos: Estudo qualitativo, exploratório e descritivo, realizado com oito profissionais de um CAPS em Fortaleza, Ceará. Os dados foram produzidos por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e analisados por análise temática, seguindo os critérios de rigor metodológico propostos para pesquisas qualitativas. Resultados: Emergiram três categorias principais: limitações estruturais e sobrecarga assistencial no serviço; sofrimento psíquico e sentimento de impotência no trabalho em saúde mental; e estratégias de cuidado e apoio entre profissionais. Conclusão: Os achados evidenciam a complexidade do trabalho em saúde mental no SUS e indicam que tecnologias baseadas em inteligência artificial podem atuar como ferramentas complementares no apoio informacional e psicoeducativo, sem substituir o cuidado profissional.
