This article, taking as a basis the international definition of human rights, deals with the working environment (Environmental modern Labour Law), addressing technical aspects of organization, implementation and monitoring of hygiene standards, health and safety. Examined the Brazilian system of the environment of work inserted in the list of human rights, we conclude the need for rigorous enforcement of rules in order to avoid damaging the health of workers.Downloads
