SATISFACCIÓN DE BENEFICIARIOS COMO PREDICADOR DEL RENDIMIENTO ACADÉMICO: EVIDENCIA DESDE PROYECTOS COMUNITARIOS DEL IDIOMA INGLÉS EN ECUADOR

Este estudio examina la correlación entre satisfacción de beneficiarios y rendimiento académico en proyectos comunitarios de enseñanza de inglés en Ecuador. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental transversal con 45 participantes de comunidades urbanas y rurales. Los datos se recopilaron mediante cuestionarios de satisfacción (escala Likert 1-4) y pruebas de rendimiento académico estandarizadas. Los resultados revelaron correlaciones positivas pero no significativas estadísticamente: r=0.245 (p>0.05) en el programa infantil y r=0.444 (p>0.05) en el programa de adultos. Ambos grupos mostraron alto rendimiento académico (M=86.63 y M=85.90) y elevados niveles de satisfacción (M=3.62 y M=3.74). Aunque no se confirmó significancia estadística, la magnitud de las correlaciones sugiere una relación moderada entre variables en contextos comunitarios, posiblemente mediada por factores como edad y autorregulación del aprendizaje.
