GOBIERNO CORPORATIVO: BUENAS PRÁCTICAS Y REFLEXIONES SOBRE SU IMPACTO EN LA INDUSTRIA DEL PLÁSTICO

El estudio y las prácticas de gobierno corporativo ha tenido un creciente interés en la comunidad académica y profesional. Este concepto de gobierno corporativo, se refiere a los mecanismos, relaciones y procesos mediante los cuales una empresa es controlada y dirigida, e, implica equilibrar los numerosos intereses de sus partes interesada. Entre los hallazgos se destacan el abordaje mediante la Teoría la Agencia y la Teoría de las partes interesadas; así como el uso de modelos de regresión para el análisis de las relaciones entre variables, y la vinculación con la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial y su consenso en la necesidad de políticas para los gobiernos corporativos en la industria del plástico y sus derivados.
