DIGITAL SELECTIVE COLLECTION: SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL INCLUSION TO BE PROPOSED IN THE CITY OF ANAPOLIS - GO

Abstract
This research proposes to address the viability and possibility of deploying a digital Selective Collection System in Anapolis-GO, with a view to environmental and digital inclusion of waste pickers in the area. The objective of the project is to develop a culture of digital selective collection, focusing on increasing the capacities and opportunities in the use of Information and Communication Technologies. We propose to verify the economic and environmental viability of the integration of waste pickers in this development process and the possibility of social practice of digital selective collection in the city of Anapolis-GO for, then suggest, in the region, the use of internet, through productive inclusion of collectors of recyclable material by creating a website as enabler trash separation process and its collection. The need for environmental preservation, based on the precautionary principle, long before the reparability of the environment requires, therefore, of social, effective and efficient policy initiatives, in our case, by digital selective collection. Therefore, it is proposed, with this research, develop an environmental awareness through a participatory and inclusive citizenship that befit the digital age. To succeed, the work will be guided in the literature by renowned authors on the subject and also in the field of research, with a population of questionnaires application and also with the creation of site, whose data about the results will be analyzed qualitatively.
