OF THE GUARANTEE JUDGE AS AN INSTRUMENT TO ENSURE IMPARTIALITY
Main Article Content
Abstract
The present work aimed to explore the changes that outline the contours of the Anti-Crime Package, specifically the figure of the Guarantee Judge. Thus, the main objective was to analyze the neutrality and partiality of the magistrates who work in the pre-procedural and procedural phase of the criminal process and whether this work may end up influencing them. To carry out the study, bibliographic review and hypothetical-deductive methods were used. As a result of the research, we understand that the improvement of the criminal process is essential for the realization of Justice in our country, by guaranteeing the rights of the investigated and fighting partiality.
