The spatial variability of soil properties is an important tool for characterizing agricultural areas and planning localized management practices. The objective was to evaluate the spatial variability of basal respiration, moisture, and pH of soil in an agricultural area irrigated by center pivot in the municipality of Santa Helena de Goiás. Gravimetric moisture and basal respiration were evaluated in the 0–0.10 m layer, while pH was determined in the 0–0.10, 0–0.20, and 0.20–0.40 m layers. The data were subjected to descriptive and geostatistical statistical analysis, using kriging to represent the spatial distribution of the attributes. Basal respiration showed the greatest variability, with a coefficient of variation of 46.15%, while moisture showed average variability (14.29%) and pH showed low variability in the three layers evaluated. The maps showed a differentiated spatial distribution of the attributes in the studied area. pH values remained predominantly close to the range considered suitable for crops. Geostatistics proved efficient in the spatial representation of the evaluated properties, and can support localized management strategies and precision agriculture practices.
