Abstract

A miocardite aguda (MA) representa um desafio clínico significativo no ambiente de urgência e emergência, dada a sua apresentação clínica heterogênea e potencial de evolução para quadros fulminantes. Este estudo revisa a abordagem diagnóstica e terapêutica da MA, destacando a importância da estratificação de risco precoce e o papel da Ressonância Magnética Cardíaca (RMC) como padrão-ouro não invasivo. Discutem-se as etiologias infecciosas, imunomediadas e as induzidas por inibidores de checkpoint imune (ICI), bem como o manejo avançado com suporte circulatório mecânico e terapias imunomoduladoras. Conclui-se que o tratamento deve ser individualizado, priorizando a estabilização hemodinâmica e a intervenção oportuna baseada na gravidade do fenótipo clínico apresentado.
