TRANSFORMAÇÃO DA FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE DIANTE DAS TECNOLOGIAS EMERGENTES: INTERFACES ENTRE INOVAÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA, COMPETÊNCIAS DIGITAIS E MODELOS DE ENSINO DIALÓGICOS E COLABORATIVOS

A transformação digital da educação tem impulsionado mudanças significativas nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem, exigindo a reconfiguração da formação docente para atender às demandas da sociedade contemporânea. Nesse contexto, o presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar a transformação da formação docente diante das tecnologias emergentes, enfatizando as interfaces entre inovação pedagógica, competências digitais e modelos de ensino dialógicos e colaborativos. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, de abordagem qualitativa e caráter descritivo, realizada nas bases Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), Latindex, SpringerLink e Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). Foram incluídos artigos publicados entre 2021 e 2026, nos idiomas português e inglês, sendo selecionados 16 estudos após a aplicação dos critérios de elegibilidade. Os resultados evidenciaram que a integração entre tecnologias emergentes, competências digitais e metodologias inovadoras fortalece o desenvolvimento profissional docente e favorece práticas pedagógicas mais colaborativas, participativas e centradas na aprendizagem. Conclui-se que a formação continuada e o fortalecimento das competências digitais constituem elementos estratégicos para a inovação educacional, exigindo políticas institucionais que promovam atualização permanente e qualificação da prática docente frente aos desafios da transformação digital.
